and you shall NOT use the Information to compare or promote other products.
(5) We may revise and update these Terms & Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are
effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Information or the My Nutramax Dashboard (the
“Dashboard”) following the posting of the revised Terms & Conditions means that you accept and agree to the
changes. We can also revoke access to the Dashboard and terminate these terms at any time, in which case You and the
Company must remove, delete, and destroy all Information obtained from the Dashboard or otherwise downloaded.
(6) THE DASHBOARD AND ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.
(7) Company shall indemnify Nutramax, including its officers and employees, against any claims and damages resulting
from Your or the Company’s (i) use of the Information or Dashboard, (ii) breach of these terms, or (iii) violation of any
laws or regulations.
